Meet the Peggys

Peggy Batch-Gattone

Peggy came to Hobe Sound 15 years ago, also from New Jersey to be a support for her husband's 80 year old mother. Moving to "Paradise" she left all her children and grandchildren behind. To compensate she joined the Red Cross Speaker's bureau and can be found doing the children's safety programs, including the "3 pigs and the Hurricane". No wolf is blowing this house down. Other times, she can be found volunteering as a member of the Realtor's Board of Directors or as an officer for the Women's Council of Realtors. She is also a member of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce.

Peggy Merritt

The Merritt family arrived in Hobe Sound after an October 1979 snowstorm blanketed New Jersey.  As lovers of beach and boating, we made it our home.
Since then, my six children have married and settled in Martin County and I am now "Gramma" to 17 wonderful grandchildren and have the privilege of sharing in their many activities.

As an active member of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce and the Hobe Sound/Port Salerno Rotary Club, I stay very busy volunteering, while not working in Real Estate.

The "Two Peggys" of Century 21 teamed up in 1998  and have enjoyed the recognition in the area as Realtors who are dependable and professional and who take the time to serve their clients and customers to the best of their ability. The Two Peggys are "joined at the hip" when it comes to work, - when you get one - you get the other.
